Alan Partridge

Welcome, welcome… I'm Alan Partridge and I'm delighted to be able to show you around my new internet site

Please note that at the moment only Alan Partridge segments from the shows are included although this may change in time at the moment that's all we're doing.

This is highly under construction the "Election Night Armistice" section is totally finished however. I'm looking for anyone with a transcript of the Alan Partridge interview on Clive James or something like that, it happened at the beginning of the first showing of "I'm Alan Partridge".

My shows

Where it all began. Where were you when you first heard the words "Hello, I'm Alan Partridge, and this is Sports desk."?

This is done from the BBC tapes which are not the original shows (stuff by Lee & Herring was all cut out) and so there.

Chat get up and sing for I, Alan Partridge, have arrived!

Again these are done from the BBC tapes so excuse me if they're wrong.

My first forray into television made all other news obsolete as "The Day Today" took news and showed it to all whilst shouting "Look! It's the news!".

Back on Sports desk the world of sport was given the boost it so much deserved and needed. Who can forget my World cup '94 analysis that even Des Lynam said was "the ultimate in football commentary.

Wogan, Parkinson, Esther, these are the greats of chat based television but all fell before the might of me, Alan Partridge.

Yes! "Knowing Me Knowing You with Alan Partridge" was transferred to tv. With guests such as Roger Moore chat was brought kicking and screaming into the 90's.

Now take a look behind the scenes of my life. I, Alan Partridge,
Election night and the slaughtering of the Conservatives. I thought it'd be fun to take a light hearted look at the more comical parliamentary candidates. A piece in the election night analysis program "Election night Armistice".
Interviews and reviews with Alan and those who made Alan the man he is. <PICTURE>

Why not express an opinion?

Let us know what you think of the site the more feedback I get the quicker this thing'll grow. I'd also appreciate it if anyone has any more interviews or reviews of either Alan Partridge of this lot's stuff (Iannucci, Schneider, Baynhan, Coogan, etc.). So e-mail me at
