Letters to Remy, Speaker of the Council of Bacchus

Remy,

It is with some regret that I have to inform you that Sheila Blidge of Bacchus was slain by a Necromancer and her pattern stolen by said person during the evening of worship at the Reconsecration meeting. Attempts were made to correct this crime and the Necromancer was slain himself, but Sheila's pattern/spirit is still missing.

Sheila herself has risen as an undead being, but is resilient to dismissal as her pattern is still on this plane. It may be possible to correct this matter, but first the amulet that holds Sheila's pattern needs to be recovered. It is believed that someone at the shrine stole the amulet and has withheld it from those wishing to correct this matter.

I feel it needs to be mentioned that the head of the Incantors' Guild called upon your ancestor, Bacchus, to aid in the matter. That Bacchus manifested himself in some way was reported, but I was not present to witness the proceedings.

Yours in sincerity,
Sir Hunter Stryker,
Hawkeshead Archers
.

Dear Remy,

I hope the Bacchus are not going to harbour any offence at my involvement in this matter. Particularly, I was very nervous at calling on Bacchus for help, as I'm not a follower of his, although I could see no other way to get help for Sheila...I was most humbled and honoured that he appeared and offered help.

I apologise for any disrespect that I might have caused for this. I would like to assure you that the Bacchus have my full and unending help in this matter. I will not rest until Sheila is at peace with Bacchus. I feel partly responsible for this, in that Zachary chose to attack one of my friends.

I have fully informed and spoken to Queen Elspeth on this matter and she is agreement. If need be, of course, help from the faction is available, as well as our own efforts.

Do you have any other information about Sir Ignatius? It is most concerning that he has disappeared.

Yours,
X'hephra Darkstar.
