History
Young John hails originally from East
Sax. He has been a wandering vagabond ever since his father, John the
Elder, said "Junior, what did you do with the rat poi .." He has
served variously as shield boy to the late King Harold, forward
lookout on the trireme Titanic, personal messenger to the son and
heir of the House of Montague, scout for the Unicorns at the Battle
of Agincourt, food taster to the House of Denmark, and body guard to
Julius Ceasar (for references see Brutus, c/o The Collisseum, Rome.)
Ever since this last lapse of concentration, Young John has become a
wandering mercenary, figuring it really doesn't matter who dies as
long as he gets paid for it.
His stint as gate guard successfully avoided mishap at 1097's Gathering, but he has yet to make an impact on Bacchus [and perhaps we ought to be grateful. Ed.] With his fast becoming famous battle cry of "Oh dear," Young John will, for a substantial fee, consider hiring himself out to the opposition.
Young John and Jac met up on the battle field fighting for opposing sides, a fact that did not become evident until after the battle when John exclaimed "Oh dear."
