Ah you have arrived
Hello my name is Arthur Challis and this site is all about me and my obsession with the hobby of Metal Detecting it all started way back in 1965 when an article appeared in an Electronics magazine on how to build a metal locater.Well I built it and it worked after a fashion when the first BFO machines arrived I purchased one,found my first coin and I was hooked.
Iam retired now but I still swing my arm about,although climbing over fences and jumping ditches are
getting harder to negotiate,I still enjoy every minute.
