Lavora in progetti di tipo 'business to business', mirati allo sviluppo mercati nuovi, analisi dei metodi di distribuzione in mercati esistenti, relazioni tra fornitori ed utenti, e livello di soddisfazione del cliente. E' chiamato spesso a dirigere sezioni (come paesi individuali) di progetti pił' grandi, e ha lavorato come moderatore in tavole rotonde nell'UK, Francia, ed Italia. Le sue aree di specializzazione sono telecomunicazioni e componenti automobilistici, ma ha lavorato anche con successo in svariati altri settori.

Svizzera, Svezia, ed interviste telefoniche nella maggior parte del mondo, incluso il Sud
