	Erosion Roslin Glen 1024 x 768 255K	Clear signs of ancient water erosion in the rock face.
	Red Birch, Roslin Glen 576 x 768 181K	Not looking particularly red here, but it is a Red Birch rather than Silver Birch.
	Footpath Maiden Castle 576 x 768 163K	If you continue the walk all the way from Roslin you must climb the glacial remnant known as the Maiden Castle. The tree roots here are helping to keep the sandy ridge intact. To the right, the ground drops steeply to the River North Esk. On the left, there's a similar steep slope down to the Bilston Burn.
