The future, just after when Escape from LA was set and just before when Blade Runner was set and quite close to when Mad Max was set. Yes, its the future and everyone has sorted out their differences, politicians are honest and trustworthy, the rain forests are all grown back, the hole in the o-zone just seemed to kind of sort itself out, as we all expected it would, and everywhere you look there are fluffy bunnys. That's Kingpin in a nutshell. NOT.
