The little black numbers indicate the number of the county.
player 1 always starts with county 1
player 2 always starts with county 5
player 3 always starts with county 20
player 4 always starts with county 25

Indicates that the county has a forest

Indicates that the county has a quarry

Indicates that the county has an iron mine

Indicates that the county has a forge

The squares with numbers in indicate the number of fields in that county.
The color of the square indicates the ruler of that county.
Player 1 = Red
Player 2 = Blue
Player 3 = Purple
Player 4 = Orange
Neutral = Green
