| The author on Wiencke Island in early December 1987. The blobs
below and to the left are Damoy hut and a group of tents (soon
to go). The blob above me is a Twin Otter on the suicidal skiway,
also soon to go. However I, along with Alan & Clem, was not soon
to go...little did we know!
