NAME: KENNETH GULLEFORD NICK NAME: Sqn Served: Served From: 1951 - 1955 Message: I was national service as an airframe mechanic and was posted to RAF Schwechat which was near Vienna. At the time is was in the Russian zone of Austria and a bit hairy. The folklore had it that when the Russians wanted to start WW3 they would take first RAF Schwechat.
