I have been a life-long admirer of the Shaker and Arts and Crafts style. I produce both faithful reproductions of classic works as well as contemporary furniture in a blend of both styles. My work is characterised by the use of solid hardwoods and traditional methods of joinery. Chipboard, MDF, and mass production techniques have no place in my work. Each piece is a unique creation, timeless in it's beauty and practicality.
I work primarily to individual commission, custom tailoring pieces to individual requirements. I also accept commissions in styles other than Shaker or Arts and Crafts. My prices depend to a large extent on the item required. However, I will guarantee that my prices will be lower than a comparable item from a specialist store or quality furniture manufacturer.
