Saneh is the husband of Pen, the owner of Coconut Beach. 
His occupation is to cheat people out of their money. 
He will tell just about any lie, to get an extra 100 baht.

Stay a bit longer and he will try to interest you in some of his projects, and then cheat you out of your money. Beware.

Train Tickets: He will always tell you all trains are fully booked
but you can get tickets any time in the travel agency in the village

Minibus tickets: If you lucky, you might get what you paid for, 
more likely you will need to pay extra during your journey

Takes bookings for cheap bungalows but when you arrive, 
they are full and he'll try to make you pay extra for a Garden Bungalow, 
if not, he'll make you move bungalow every other day.

He takes bookings for Beach Bungalows even when full, 
will put you in a cheaper bungalow but charge you the same price.

Should you not eat at coconut beach bungalows because the portions too small and overpriced for the amount you get, he will make you leave.

You complain about anything, he will ignore you, refer you to the waiter, 
He will not hesitate to threaten you verbal or physical, BEWARE
