Coconut Beach Bungalows
used to be one of the
nicest, friendliest places
here on Koh Phangan
with a real good reputation
All the staff used
to be chearful,
friendly, helpful and always smiling.
A paradise and garanted to
make new friends,
It was like home away from home
safe, quiet, cosy. A place to relax!
Until
October 2008
when Mr. Saneh took charge.

has only four resorts on the entire beach
Coral Bay, Ocean View, Haad Khom and ... Coconut Beach

Most heard
complains:
Booked
and paid on line but full.
Not getting the bungalow that was booked and paid for.
Booked for one week but had to move bungalow twice.
Too small portions of food or too expensive for the portions.
Been harassed by intoxicated staff or owner.
This are just a few complaints, there are plenty more.
Until
October 2008, Mrs. Pen, the owner,
did everything
possible to build up a good reputation and
with her smiles, her
friendliness and hospitality,
she made everyone want to come back
again and again.
Then
her husband Mr. Saneh took over once again.
