Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday for St Andrews and Kingsbarns, and Friday to Friday for Crail, however variations occur over the Christmas and New Year period. Short breaks are normally for a minimum of three nights and are only available in selected months. Bookings are from 4.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on day of departure, except when special times have been arranged with the proprietor.

Prices shown on weekly tariff are per house irrespective of the number sharing up to the weekly maximum. The maximum number of guests, excluding babies in cots, is clearly stated in the brochure and must not be exceeded. The proprietor reserves the right to terminate occupancy of the property without notice or refund in the case of a breach of this condition.

The rates include all bedlinen, towels, starter pack, barbecue, electricity and limited coal where the property has an open fire. Cots and high chairs are available on request at no extra charge, however cot linen is not provided.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week per cottage and £200 per week for Sypsies Farmhouse, is required as confirmation of the booking. The remaining balance will be required 4 weeks prior to entry date. In the event of cancellation, notice of cancellation must be sent by registered post or recorded delivery letter. The proprietor will then make an attempt to re-let the house. However, if this is unsuccessful, the balance will be payable in full. We therefore recommend that guests arrange private holiday insurance.

The proprietor reserves the right, under circumstances beyond control, (e.g. fire damage or the interruption of utility supplies) to change the booking to a property of a similar standard and grading. Should it not be possible to offer an alternative holiday property, the rental paid will be returned in full to the hirer and the hirer shall have no further claim against the proprietor.

At the proprietor's discretion, well behaved pets are welcome, but should not be allowed in bedrooms, on furniture or left unattended at any time in the property. There will be an additional charge per week, per pet (refer to price list).

Guests are asked to leave the property clean and tidy. Guests will be liable for any damages or breakages to the property. We recommend that guests bring waterproof undersheets for children 5 years and under.
