Looe is a quaint old fishing port, famous for its shark fishing. Looe is situated on the south east coast of Cornwall, it has a relaxing atmosphere and enjoys a warmer than average climate. Looe has a very safe sandy beach flanked on the east by cliifs and on the west by the Banjo Pier, adjacent to the harbour entrance. Facilities for bathing, boating, fishing trips, parascending, water sports, golf and tennis are available within easy reach. A good variety of shops and restaurants caters for all tastes and pockets.Plaidy Beach Apartments
The apartments are situated in a commanding position on the Cornish Riviera, overlooking Whitsand Bay and the Eddystone Lighthouse - just a few minutes by car or 15 minutes walk along the cliff path from Looe. The small quiet resort of Plaidy has a warm, attractive, safe bathing beach - only 200 metres away, and is also a very good base from which to explore the many attractions of the coastline.All apartments are;
- well appointed and maintained, enjoying excellent sea and coastal views,
- tastefully decorated with fitted carpets,
- equipped with colour television with Sky film channel,
- inspected annually and approved by the English Tourist Board.

Apartment Details
Armada - up to 5 persons
Situated on the ground floor with a large lounge overlooking the terrace; kitchen/diner; double bedroom, further bedroom with 'trio' three sleeper bunk bed, and bathroom/shower/toilet.
Eagle - up to 2 persons
Situated on the first floor with a lounge/bedroom studio style apartment, containing a double bed in a bedroom area, and a lounge area; separate kitchen diner; bathroom/shower/toilet.
Falcon - up to 4 persons
Situated on the first floor with a lounge/diner; kitchen; bathroom/shower/toilet; double bedroom and twin bedroom.
Galatea - up to 2 persons
Situated on the second floor with a lounge/kitchen/diner; double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom/shower/toilet.
Hydra - up to 5 persons
Situated on the second floor with a lounge/diner; seperate kitchen; double bedroom with a double bed and single bed; twin bedded room; bathroom/shower/toilet.
Garden Bungalow - up to 2 persons
Detached unit with lounge/kitchen/diner; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom/shower/toilet; private patio. Not double glazed.
Galatea and Hydra - up to 7 persons
Galatea and Hydra can be joined to make a three bedroom apartment sleeping up to seven persons.

Early and Late Season short break rates on request.
Optional Extras:
Well behaved pets - £20 per week
Linen - £5 per bed
COT or High Chair - £5 per week
All apartments are self-contained , have ample convector heaters and electric blankets for early and late season holidays. In addition most apartments have background central heating during the early and late seasons.
