Ace Cafe opens at 7.00 am and serves excellent good value food.The run
will leave at 9.30 am ( even though their website states 9.00) so be there
in plenty of time if you want breakfast,or to look at the cars and soak
up the atmosphere.
Please do not
consume your own food and drink on Ace Cafe's premises including the car
park.
Entry is £7 per car . No pre-booking. Fancy dress theme is ' On
Safari'. Prizes for best dressed adults, children and cars.
Judging during the afternoon at Hove.
Everyone starting
from the Ace Cafe will receive a free raffle ticket for a draw at Hove
with a chance to win either a year's
Membership of 2CVGB or an Ace Cafe T Shirt.
There will be entertainment,trade stands , 2CVGB Club shop ,refreshments
& a Tombola at Hove Park. Traders are
very welcome - please contact us to let us know you are coming. There
is no charge but please provide a tombola prize.
There will be a Camping weekend from Friday 27th to Monday 30th May but
this year it will not be at The Plough Pub as in previous years as the
field is closed for development.We have been offered the use of part of
someone's garden by a small lake which is about 200 yards down the road
from The Plough, there is a footpath all the way.The camping area is smaller
than we have had before and access for campervans and H vans is not really
possible, though it may be possible to use the Plough car park .Please
contact us if you have any questions.

There will again be a Pig Roast on the Sunday evening after the run at
the Plough and also a BBQ available to cook
your own food on.
