Note: This will probably be very similar to other Netgear interfaces:
Type "http://192.168.0.1" in browser to bring up Config Pages
If this prompts up, this is not customers ISP details,
its an admin username
& password, which he/she would of set up...(Not Supported)
This will take you to the main status page... if not
connected, it will show no IP or Subnet Mask Address.
Please note, under the Modem section, and it says connected, this only means
the router has sync with the line.

To configure the customers router, click on the Basic Settings option on the blue contents bar on the left of the config screens. This will then load the following page... |
1) On this page, select the Option "YES" for the question
"Does Your Internet Connection Require a Login?"
2) Under Encapsulation, choose PPPoA (PPP over ATM)
3) Login Details are next, so enter the correct username and password for
the customer. Idle time should be set to "0"
4) Internet IP address should be set to "Get Dynamically From ISP"... However,
to troubleshoot further, if customer has a static IP< you could place
it under "Use Static IP Adress"
5) In Domain Name Servers, choose "Get Automatically From ISP"
However, if customer has an issue browsing, you can set it to "Use These
DNS
Servers"
Primary: 212.135.1.36
Secondary:
195.40.1.36
6) NAT Network Address Translation should be set to
"Enable"... Once you have done this, click the "Apply" button at bottom of
the screen.

Then click onto "ADSL Settings" on the left of the screen to display the page below... |
Fairly simple on this page, make sure Multiplexing Method
is set to "VC-BASED" and VPI and VCI are set to 0,38 respectively. Press
"Apply" to save the settings.
Once you have done, this click on the "Router Status" option under "Maintenance"
on blue left hand contents bar...
This will display the connection status. If the customer has an IP and a Subnet Mask under "ADSL Port" Section, all should be connected.
You can also check the connection time, and basic connection status by clicking on the "Show Statistics" button.
