Enter the ISP's username and password, then try and connect... If this fails, click on the Advanced option on the left contents bar...

Once you have clicked on the Advanced option (1) click on the Easy Setup Option (2) which will display the first part of the manual configuration screens. |
Straight forward.... Just click on the 'Next' button...
On this setup page, make sure you select the "Routed
PPPoA - HHCP - NAPT" Option.
Once you have done this, press
Next...
This page asks you to specify VPI and VCI from a drop
down menu. Select the 6th option down, labelled
0.38...
Ok, here is the page to enter the ISP's username, i.e.
helpdesk@dsl3.ukonline.co.uk etc.
Once the customer has done this, press next.
Ok, this is the username and password setup screen for
the router access screens. If prompted, its best to choose admin for the
username, and password as "password" Make sure the customer makes a note
of it for future reference, otherwise he may find himself/herself not being
able to access the router screens ever
again!!
This is just a summary screen of what the End User has entered during this setup. Press "Start" to proceed.
Press "Finish" on this screen...
This should take you back to the status page of the router. On the above table, make sure the 'Link' column is set to "connected" and the 'State' is set to "up"
