BT VOYAGER 2100
Note: This will probably be very similar to other Voyager Router interfaces:
Type "http://192.168.1.1" in browser to bring up Config Pages
The first thing the BT Voyager 2100 Interface shows you, is the Username and Password fields. Tell customer to use his full broadband username inc dsl3 and lwcri.ls etc.
If customer connects, brilliant, it will say here, but if not, click on "Advanced" on the left of the screen.
This will return the screen above. On this screen, click on the red pencil, which will let you edit certain parameters on the router.
This screen is fairly easy, just make sure VPI is "0" and VCI is "38". Also make sure UBR Without PCR is selected underneath VPI and VCI settings... Click NEXT
On this page, try using Obtain an IP Address Automatically... Ofcourse, if they are Option 2 (LLU) they may have a static, so it could be worth entering that. Ensure "Enable NAT" is selected, and try using 1492 or 1500 for MTU. Either should work... Press NEXT
On this page, make sure Secondary IP Address is not selected. Then press APPLY down bottom of the page. This should connect the customer.
