Treaty of Tampicos

-All Signatory States are free prospect and mine for cinnabryl and other minerals
in the region known as Terra Vermelha. No military forces from any
state are allowed into Terra Vermelha, neither will any state claim
the lands of Terra Vermelha for themselves.

-No Signatory State will encroach upon lands held by another Signatory State.
This does not preclude states from peaceful expansion of their own lands,
or into as yet unclaimed wilderness (excluding the aforementioned Terra
Velmelha region).

-Signatory States will have the opportunity to meet in an informal council
to discuss disputes and other problems. All Signatory States pledge
to attempt to resolve differences first in the Council, rather than
immediately taking problems to the battlefield.
