	SketchCalc is an intuitive and easy to use graph-plotting software which comes with a built-in scientific calculator. Plot graphs of expressions in the form of y=f(x). Use a wide range of functions to build complex expressions. Define a combination of transformations that can be re-arranged on-the-fly. Investigate and analyse behaviours of functions using formula iteration, the stop-on-error option, the interval-resolution control, the co-ordinate guides and the integrated calculator.
	The calculator is so positioned that a number of calculations can be made and results be instantly compared to points of graphs on the number plane without the need to change screens. Editorial, print preview and full screen views of graphs with view-on-demand control panels provide a flexible working environment. The demo version comes with all the functions that are included in the release version. Only the Sketcher part of the program is restricted to a predefined set of equations. The Calculator has no restrictions.
	System Requirements IBM PC compatible 486-33mHz Windows 3.x or Windows 95 or Windows NT 1 MB Hard disk space 2-4 MB Memory Mouse Installation (demo only) Find the downloaded file scalc.zip and using a utility program such as WinZip or PKUnzip extract the contents into a temp directory (eg. C:\TEMP). Double click on the installation program install.exe that's just been extracted. Follow the instructions on the screen. Getting Started If not already running, double click on the program icon of SketchCalc to start it. To see SketchCalc in action immediately, open one of the sample files by selecting File\|Open from the main menu. Select Help\|Contents from the main menu to activate the comprehensive help file to access the step-by-step instructions on how to use SketchCalc.

	NetWorks is a mathematical tool designed for simulating network behaviour. Interconnection of nodes combined with processing rules allows for calculation of probabilities and representation of what-if scenarios. The program can also be used in setting up simple object recognition (neural) networks.The picture on the right demonstrates this. Given the correct inputs from sensors (L,R,G,Y) the system successfully identifies the object being shown (Banana).
	The demo version has only two restrictions: the print option is disabled and only 10 nodes per file are allowed.
