On 1 February 2001, this site celebrated its first anniversary.  To mark this occasion, and due to the increasing size of the archive, we asked readers to recommend their favourite stories. After our first anniversary, we decided to continue with this option. Recommended stories can be found in the menu on the right hand side, split by genre, as well as information on how to make a recommendation of your own.

So which stories would you, as readers and writers, recommend that someone new to the fandom should head to first?  And why? To assist you, descriptions of the genres archived by the site are given below.

General Fanfiction: suitable for all ages. Rated G to PG13.

Adult Fanfiction: Rated 15 or above for strong language, violence and even sex, between consenting adults of opposing sexes. Slash Fanfiction: 'slash' refers to material featuring or implying same sex relationships. In this context you may assume this means Agents Curtis and Keel, although we in Operational Control have our suspicions about Agents Spencer and Richards. Within these missions, there may occasionally be need for strong language, violence and even sex, between consenting adults of the same sex. Those Agents uncomfortable with the idea of same sex relationships should confine themselves to reviewing other mission reports.
