I grew up near Art Tripp, and hung out with Rick Snyder (Reverend Toad-Eater) in mid-70s.
I was involved with the people who later formed the LA Free Music Society.One of those people,
Steve Rietta (the Ace of Space), has a tremendous collection of Beefheart material.
He can be reached through Rick. Somewhere I have a slide of Don's billboard for Clear Spot
that stood across the street from the LA County Museum of Art (by the Tar Pits) in 1972.
