Welcome to the home page of Manchester GLASS.

GLASS is a national organisation that is dedicated to researching, protective and promoting ancient historic roads. GLASS is also committed to promoting sensible driving in the countryside and caters for the needs of Four Wheel Drive users whilst actively campaigning for unsurfaced roads to be open for everyone.

National Green Lane Day when routine maintenance is carried out on some of the lanes in conjunction with the local council.Recently Manchester GLASS helped
Derbyshire GLASS with some lane maintenance that was forced upon us by some unhelpful users! We rebuilt a wall.GLASS meetings are held in Stockport, Greater Manchester, England on the second Thursday of each month at 8pm
