Beer brewed for Christmas 1998. Intended as a pale, hoppy ale with plenty of body to match its 8.0% strength.

1.5kg Telfords Pale Malt Extract
2lb Dried Pale Malt
4oz Challenger Hops

Method:

Malt dissolved in 2 gallons of boiling water and boiled for 10 minutes. Hops added and left open on rolling boil for 1.5 hours.
