Hooray I'm a Lobster
I'm glad I'm a Lobster, I'm really chuffed,
If I were a Crab I would have had enough,
And I really do not want to be
An Armadillo or a Bumble-bee.
It really is my dearest wish
to bounce and scuttle and laugh at fish,
Because when you are a Lobster
You can do just what you please,
You can wander you can waffle,
You can fondle people's knees,
And crabs aren't fun, they're really dull,
If I were a Crab I'd be out of my skull,
I'm pleased I'm not a Pig or a Budgie or a Wombat,
I'm reasonably cheered I'm not a Aardvark or a Tomcat,
I'm glad I'm a Lobster every day
So each morning when I wake I sit up and say
"I'm glad I'm a Lobster, I'm a Lobster Hooray!"
