Guy Doleman - the first actor to play 'Number 2' in Arrival, among Doleman's other acting credits was a role in the James Bond film 'Thunderball' as Count LippeGeorge Baker - the replacement Number 2 in Arrival. Baker is perhaps best known for his role as Inspector Wexford in the Ruth Rendell MysteriesLeo McKern - played Number 2 in The Chimes of Big Ben, Once Upon A Time and Fall Out. The only actor to play Number 2 three times, McGoohan said he wrote the last two episodes with McKern in mind.Colin Gordon - played Number 2 in A, B and C and The General. Originally he was to play the part with dark hair but had to dye it blonde for a production. McGoohan saw it and told him to leave it as it made him look more menacing!
