Whilst in Dorset for the Adrenaline review photoshoot I took the opportunity to
visit the Purbeck Sailplanes workshop in Swanage.

Ricky working on a fuselage plug Terry setting out a set of ASW27 wings

The workshop is small and compact but is a hive of activity. There are seperate
areas for the production of fuselages and wings.

Lindy laying up a fuselage Ricky drilling the wing fixing holes on an Adrenaline wing

Wings are assembled, vacuum bagged and 'oven' cured overnight at the workshop
prior to final checking and dispatch.

I knew there was a straight one somewhere Still working on the plug

A feature of the workshop is the 'rogues gallery' where pictures of customers
aircraft are displayed. Send them a picture of yours, I did and its now the one
they use in their advert.
