Jewel Wins MTV Best Female Video

Jewel today (5th Sep 1997) won the Best Female Video at this evening's MTV Video Music Awards. The award was for the video to You Were Meant For Me. The Awards were broadcast live in the UK in the middle of the night 1AM - 4AM.

Earlier in the evening she sang a beautiful rendition of Angel Standing By
