As far as I know MTV Hits is the only TV station currently broadcasting Jewel's Standing Still video. More TV stations should be playing it from March
Please request the video of Standing Still by emailing the Your Requests show on MTV Hits, this is broadcast at 16:00: "Is there someone special you'd like to request a song for? E-mail mtvhits@mtvne.com with the song, & personal message, & it could appear on a TV near you. MTV Hits - as dedicated as you are!"

Jewel recorded You Were Meant For Me for Top Of The Pops on 13th November 1997 unfortunately it was never broadcast. It might be worth emailing Top Of The Pops 2 (or Steve Wright) to see if they might show the recording on the show, or maybe even a Jewel video.
If you want to try to request Jewel on a future episode of Top Of The Pops then you could try the TOTP email address.

When I last contacted Channel 5 about this they said the episode featuring Jewel was entitled "Nora Dunn as Estelle" which they originally broadcast on 12 Jan 99, but they had no plans to repeat it. It might be worth a try but they only seem to be broadcasting the show once a week in the middle of the night at the moment. |
