Downstairs is a small entrance lobby leading into open plan style living / dining / kitchen areas.
The living area has the original Cornish slate fireplace with stove for log + coal fires, TV, video + CD player, books and games,
telephone / fax, and night storage heating. The kitchen / dining area features Cornish slate and is well equipped with spacious
work-tops, microwave, washer/dryer, refrigerator, electric oven and cooking hob, food processor, cutlery and crockery.
Ceiling height in the dining area is two-storey with skylight window and a stable door to the outside. |

Upstairs are three cottage style bedrooms with window seats: a double (4’ 6” bed), a twin (2 x 3’ beds)
and a single (3’ bed), and a pine-clad bathroom with toilet, bath (shower spray attachment), sink and bidet. |

| Bed linen is included in the rent. Towels are available as an optional extra. |

Outside is a small walled-in front garden with garden seat and patio furniture.
There is one private parking space plus unrestricted on-street parking |
