JOHN.
Born in Liverpool, John, having completed two years on an art foundation course in Bootle College, came to London in the seventies, having been offered a three year course at St Martins School of Art. It was here he attained a BA hons Graphics degree.
Alongside working in the photographic industry for over 10 years, John continued to paint, and explore other visual media's, which included model painting, and computer graphics, and during this period, he had an exhibition at The llustrator's Gallery. Having also engaged with a research into ancient myth and legends, his model painting had begun to cover subjects such as dragons, samurai and some military pieces, which began to generate more and more interest, attracting commission work. His wife, who was involved in show events, began to use some of the models for display, and the demand for his exquisite detailed work, led to eventually exhibiting all over Britain.
CASSIE.
After Training as a therapist, Cassie went on to work in a leading beauty salon, where she found her interests drawn increasingly towards natural treatments, which lead to further training and 7 years working as an Aromatherapy practitioner. Over a period of 20 years now, she has spent time researching natural law, therapy and healing, covering a spectrum of interrelated subjects, including the areas of colour and art, where upon, the marriage to John has held a natural flow and intermingling of mutual interests.
Over the past 10 years, Cassie has designed and developed a whole range of natural skin care recipes, remedies and perfumes, drawing upon her experience, in response to the needs of her clients. This in turn has led to exhibitions and shows featuring the works of both partners.
