They first worked with Sarah – deciding on the questions to
ask people. They then asked service users if they wanted to talk in
a group or on their own. The service user group helped to ask the
questions. They were glad to do it because they were helping people
have their voice heard and helping change HILT to become what people
want.

Richard Brattan started in April as Hilt’s new Co-ordinator.
He takes over from Alison Bell.

office.
