Karl is in his thirties and is keen to find more work as an actor. He attends college where he hones his theatre skills and gains credits to further his qualifications. His fist love is acting; he is a keen member of a local theatre group who stage regular live performances. Karl's other interests are swimming, football and playing pool at his local pub. Karl is presently living in a supported housing project near to where he was born. He is currently living in Hackney, East London and is supported to live independently by HILT.
