This popular short course, based on the well-received textbook Scenarios, Stories, Use Cases, gives participants the maximum of practice in constructing effective use cases. All the elements of use cases are studied. Negative scenarios (misuse cases) are examined as a source of missed requirements. Participants learn how to derive test cases from use cases.

Customising DOORS
with DXL

This course introduces you to the DOORS Extension Language (DXL). Through a carefully graded sequence of topics, each with a practical exercise, you learn how each DXL construct can help you manage your requirements. In the exercises, you gain experience of customising the DOORS user interface by extending the menu bar and building interactive windows to display and edit DOORS data.
