James Yimm Lee studied sil lum and wing chun before training in jeet kune do with Bruce Lee. The author, along with Ted Wong, demonstrate the techniques of wing chun kung fu. Included are stances, footwork, chi sao exercises, trapping hands, defenses and sil-lim-tao, the first form of wing chun. Ted Wong is one of only four people to have been personally trained by Bruce Lee and trained for instructorship, and one of only two people to have received certificates from Bruce Lee, in jeet kune do.
