CHANCAI - The deeds for the ill-fated Iralini Starship Yards, and all design and hull concepts, have once again changed hands in a one-point-eight million credit deal involving the Cantarr Bi Romou shipyards and local Chancai businessman Jomobol Pocock.

"I'm delighted," said a beaming Pocock as he accepted the deeds during a dinner in honour of the transfer. "I don't plan to do anything with it at the moment but I hope to have something running within a few years."

Financial speculators have had mixed feelings about the hand over. Postre, of the Bank of Zelon Exchange, commented, "The Iralini Starship Yards concepts are outdated and are of no use in the modern sector. I fail to see what Pocock is going to make out of this. And with his business record, I doubt whether he'll have the capital to start anything for well over a decade."

Cantarr Bi Romou, famed for its mass starship production, failed to re-launch the Haruuga class vessels during a re-design period several years ago. They have been trying to find a buyer for the deeds for over two standard years.
