Ecaps City, A-desando

Main city on the world of A-desando and birthplace of the smuggler Jan Lomona.  One of a select few cities on A-desando with tall buildings, her history stretches back many thousands of years, and Ecaps was among the first major cities in what was to become the Setnin Sector.  Governed by families, the Lomonas were among those who ruled, with Jan Lomona himself being governor for a short period of time – the time during which the Empire invaded and destroyed much of the city.
