Level Eleven, Chancai Trade Centre, Zelon

The prime trade location in the Setnin Sector and a major centre for commerce in the Mid-Rim and along the trade routes to the Outer Rim and the Core Worlds.  Chancai consists of twenty-seven separate levels, each holding huge amounts of units, speederways, shops, bars and restaurants, as well as starship docking bays.
