1. The Company grants you the right to install and use a copy of The Program on your computer free of charge for 21 days. After this period a vaild license must be purchased or The Program removed from your computer.
2. The Company will provide you with support services related to the The Program only once a valid licence has been purchased, or prior to this event, if difficulties are experienced during the set-up routine for The Program.
3. You are prohibited from using The Program to create or modify any material that is unlawful, pornographic, obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, or hateful, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law.
4. All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the Program and any copies thereof are owned by The Company. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of The Program is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties.
5. The Program and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising our of use or performance of The Program remains with you.
6. Without prejudice to any other rights, The Company may terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions within. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the The Program.
