Velux loft pine flooring with shower room (different stairs)

1. Here we see the advanced stages of floor construction with the alternative finish of pine tongue and groove boarding, as opposed to chipboard. Obviously this will add to the overall price.



2. New staircase now fitted, matches exisitng view from new floor level.



3. View new stairs from new floor level with matching newel posts.

4. View from room to main entrance, (half hour fire resisting) door. Velux escape window at low level and additonal built in pine wardrobes.

5. Internally, loft now finished with decoration of walls and staining if floorboards complete. Pine wardrobes have just been installed.

6.Pine wardrobes now stained and ensuite door viewed from new room.



7. All decorating now complete, with furniture installed giving a nice bright finish, to an otherwise dusty, dingy, unused loft space.

8. Ensuite complete with shower unit and screen fitted to client specifications. (Client carried out fitting themselves on this occasion!)
