This is an arrangment of the theme from the original "Late Night With
David Letterman" television show, when it was still on NBC.  Music by
Paul Shaffer.  Original arrangement by Mark Taylor.  All parts were
individually scored for Jazz Ensemble using Freestyle & Performer
Sequencing Software, and a Korg X5DR Synthesizer.  This file is in
Standard MIDI (Type 1) format.
