Track 5 is now known as LUCID and is Michael Tarrant, lead vocals, guitar, Pete Taylor, bass and backing vocals and Mark Bernard on drums and backing vocals. They are an original three-piece rock outfit entirely the creation of these three lads from Eastbourne. They are all eighteen and have known each other for most of their lives. The band took shape as Track 5 in 1999 and in 2000 they played throughout Sussex gaining experience. They only perform their own self penned material and with these crafted songs won "BBC MUSIC LIVE BATTLE OF THE BANDS" and the "EASTBOURNE SEARCH FOR A STAR". It goes to show "talent will out" and this talented trio should have a great future as the music industry, the public and a growing band of fans are looking at them and they all understandably like what they see.
