rejoined the society in June 1998 after taking approximately
a year out to complete her HNC/D in Computing. Since Diane
came back to ASTRA she now helps out with the Website
Guestbook Contacts and also assists with maintaining the
Links Page on the Website. More recently Diane
has joined the ASTRA council as 'Facilitator' - which
basically means she chases all those members who promise to
do things for the society and then forget to do them!
Diane is keen to
learn more about astronomy using the telescope at
Airdrie
Public Observatory
and is very keen to get involved with Dark Sky
Visits. Next
