(former Council member) was a
member in the 1970's, took part in the book projects (see
ARTISTS
below) and rejoined the society some years ago. In 1977 and
1973 he edited the first two issues of ASTRA's magazine
Asgard. In 1978 he created ASTRA's first mounted exhibition
of space photographs for the Edinburgh Festival, and then
became Art and Photographic Supervisor of the Glasgow Parks
Astronomy Project. He documented the stone circle project
photographically and supervised the creation of the 'High
Frontier' exhibition for the Third Eye Centre; the
exhibition was on tour until summer 1982, and parts of it
continued to tour in 1986-89 as its panels were being
replaced by first Richard McKelvie, than Chris
O'Kane. Next
