Tadao Yoshida (he made worlds first CD player and MD player and GPS) asked me to design first brain wave interface system for Sony. However, I moved to USA.

I selected Random Electronics to develop IBVA hardware in Japan.

Jan: Psychic Lab was incorporated in Sapporo, Japan to develop the IBVA as a consumer product.

Also, made a contract for licensing the IBVA to manufacture & sales with Random Electronics Design in Tokyo, Japan
