Education/Work
Born:
29 April
1951
Place: Muroran city, Hokkaido, Japan.
1968-1972:
finished the fourth-year course from
Department
of Electrical Engineering of Tomakomai National College ofTechnology.
1972-1980:
PA designer & engineer.
Building speaker system, mixing consoles, power amplifiers, stereo
systems, synthesizers, sound effecters, etc.
I became more interested in UFO and psychotronics than electronics
after having his own psychic experiences and encounters. Psychotronics
stands for the interdisciplinary study of the interaction of matter,
energy, and consciousness.
Start to develop brain wave, other bio interface and quantum interface
device, which would connect to sound and AV system.
I was the first user at that time in Japan of custom IC and OP AMP to
use with audio system and for mixing console. Now standard practices,
of course, with industry using custom IC & OP AMP for audio system.
Thru strange experience I got connection to Tadao Yoshida, Sony Lab.
Few years later he made worlds first CD player. later MD, GSP.
Currently he is a President of one of Sony Lab division. We are still
exchange talk for future technology.
1980-1984:
Work for BUG Inc. Special Hardware and Software product
development for Video, Sound, Computer system.
BUG built first personal computer for Sony "SMC 70" which use 3.5"
floppy disk dive. Later this drive was used for first Macintosh 128K.
1983:
Apple "Lisa" New human interface computer arrived to Japan only
10 computer. 9 of them were earmarked for Corporate. I receive one for
personal research which include brain wave display and interaction.
Bill Gate, Microsoft USA was very interested in Lisa computer at that
time. This Human Computer interface research leads to being headhunt by
ASC II corporation. Because Kazuhiko Nishi was a Vice President of both
ASC II and Microsoft USA at that time, so the research got channeled to
Microsoft USA. Worlds first windows computer was born in 1987, August
11: Microsoft releases the fist version of it's GUIOS, Windows 1.01,
dveloped by ASC II and NEC.
One of ASC II's executives Takeshi Yoshizaki likes my work including
UFO, Psychic and brain wave interactive research. His fear of future
Tokyo earthquakes may explain this.
1985-1987:
1 Jan 1985 .. 30 Nov 1986 :ASC II Laboratory Inc. as the head of
research laboratory. ASC II is Japan's leading computer related
corporation.
ASC II needed to divides into ASC II and Microsoft Japan., under new
management, I was request me to make brain interface for Windows
machine and for Game machine, and to stop UFO & Psychic research. I
decided to leave at this junction to dedicate full-time research for
Psychic Lab, which is incorporated in 1988 after ending official duties
at HighTech Lab Japan Inc.
1
Dec 1986 - 31 Dec 1987
:
HighTech Lab
Japan Inc. as the head of research laboratory. Takeshi Yoshizaki
is president.
Research human interface design for new
computer system, including brain wave, GSR, body movement, temperature,
MIDI and computer graphic interaction research as well as UFO, Psychic
Phenomenon research. Use Lisa & Mac & NEC DOS computer. This
Lab
made brain wave display to show in the many windows on the DOS computer.
1988:
Start to make Interactive Brainwave Visual Analyzer ( IBVA ) at
Psychic Lab.
Random Electronics Design Tokyo Japan to develop IBVA as consumer
product.
1989:
Move to New York.
1990:
Work with American Biotech for develop Mac version software for there
bio feedback system.
1991:
Transfer Psychic Lab Inc. from Japan to New York.
Start to ship IBVA V1.0.
1993-4:
Start IBVA Technologies Inc. in New York, until June 2002.
IBVA application for Windows V1.0 was shipped in 2001.
1992-1996:
Many publicity & media show were
interested
in IBVA.
1998:
IBVA got product award at New York Mac
World.
2001:
Work with contemporary artist Mariko Mori "waveUFO" brain wave
interface interactive art system design.
Show this "waveUFO" 2003 in Austria, New York, 2004..2005 in Genoa
Italy, many people are very interested in brain wave interactive art.
May
2002:
Masahiro became American Citizen.
Summer 2002:
Launch IBVA Coherence which developed with Mahalishi International
university,
IBVA Coherence display shows visually how to synchronize the two sides
of the brain.
Cape Town, South Africa for launch of CPSA 2002 (Coherence Project
South Africa 2002).
Mar 2004:
Demonstrated IBVA Coherence technology at a natural medical
international conference in Cape Town, South Africa,
