Out-of-Body
Experiences (OOBE),
Lucid Dreaming,
Astral Projection and Remote Viewing
The dreaming body has many abilities, and
some of these are commonly referred to as Out-of-Body
Experiences (OOBE), Lucid Dreaming, Astral
Projection and Remote Viewing. When the rational brain and
physical body are dominant, the dreaming
body is forced into a secondary or subservient role. However,
moments of extreme fear (emotional and
physical), hunger, fatigue, pain, slumber or even deep reflection
break the endless pattern of thoughts and
fears just long enough for the dreaming body to push its way out of
subjugation and unexpectedly take the lead.
When the dreaming body moves outside of
the physical body and under its own volition (the physical body can
be asleep or awake), an Out-of-Body
Experience
takes place. In this state, the person may experience a dual
or "split" awareness as their consciousness
flips back and forth between their physical body and their dreaming
body.
In Lucid Dreaming (when the physical body
is asleep), a person may unexpectedly “wake up” and become
conscious in a dream and discover that
they can function under their daily awareness within that dream and
without all of their usual self-imposed
limitations. The person realizes that their awareness is not
limited
to
the confines of the waking state, but that
an alternate and much broader awareness exists within the world of
the dreaming body.
Remote Viewing occurs when the dreaming
body is deployed to observe people or events outside of the range
of the physical body’s senses, and Astral
Projection takes place when a person's dreaming body journeys to
other bona fide energetic worlds and into
unexplored energetic frontiers.
