WEBRING BULLETINS
Welcome to the first of the new monthly webring bulletins! These bulletins will now be distributed on the last day of each month. The new bulletins have a *very slightly* different look and will contain much the same material as before.

REMINDER: You can place an announcement of your own regarding your website in a webring bulletin by sending it to mtsring@onelist.com.

UPGRADES, RENOVATIONS, MAINTERNANCE, ETC
Several times over the past month I have removed sites to the queue because they were blank due to the author being in the process of writing a new version of their page. I would ask that anyone who is planning to take their site down for more than a couple of hours uses the 'edit site' function in the Member Centre (http://mtsring.cjb.net) to place their site in the queue themselves.

'THE MATRIX' BACKGROUND AVAILABLE ON DESKTOP THEMES SITE
A windows background (1024x768 or smaller) for the film 'The Matrix' is now available at the Desktop Themes site. I am in the process of constructing a complete Matrix theme but this will have to do for the moment ;-).

P.S. If anyone has any desktop themes they have created themselves that they would like to make available drop me an e-mail and I'll see about linking to them.
