DETAILS
You will be using the latest and safest Ram Air or "Square" parachute system. The main and reserve parachutes are neatly packaged into a single container system, worn on your back and secured to you by a harness so strong it can support a family car. You will also be wearing a helmet with integral radio system, so, if necessary, instructors can talk you through your descent. Your main parachute is automatically opened by a Static Line attached to the aeroplane, so all you have to do when you jump is concentrate on enjoying yourself! If you decide to go for the tandem jump you can move straight to free fall while strapped to an instructor. Due to the exceptional performance of the "square" parachutes not only will you be able to land very softly, after a totally exhilarating descent, but you will also be able to jump more frequently than people using round parachutes as "Squares" can be used in significantly higher winds than "Rounds". Using the "Square" system you could be on free fall within six jumps of starting!

Once you've done your first jump you can do subsequent jumps using the progression system at no extra cost. The ultimate aim is to start on formation work. Remember - Skydiving is a sport, not just an extreme sport!
